Sangareddy got a development of a new Flipkart Fulfilment Center.

The NHAI (National Highway Authority of India) proposed a new Regional Ring Road aligned 30 km away from the Outer Ring Road. Sadashivpet is connected to the Regional Ring Road. It has a total investment of approximately Rs.17,000 crore with a total length of 340 km. 

The 30 km distance from the Outer Ring Road to the Regional Ring Road is connected with radial roads from cities connected to the Regional Ring Road. Before the Regional Ring Road, there were constructions of four-lane roads.

The RRR  covers four districts namely Sangareddy, Medak, Siddipet and Yadadri-Bhongir. In North RRR the Sangareddy district has Sangareddy, Choutkurb and Hathnoora mandals, in Medak district Narsapur, Shivampet and Thupran mandals, in Siddipet district Wargal, Gajwel, Markook and Jagdevpur mandals and in Yadadri-Bhongir district Yadadri, Bhuvangiri, Valigonda and Choutuppal mandals are covered along with 113 villages. The length of North RRR is approximately 158 km. They are acquiring land of 4,600 acres for this project with an investment of approximately Rs.9,500 crores. NHAI named it NH-161 AA. 

The South RRR comes along Mall, Amangal, Shadnagar and Chevella mandals. This has an approximate length of 186 km with an investment of Rs.6,480 crores for land acquisition and construction.
